IN STORE

Visit us in-store by booking a dedicated time slot with one of our design team, for an interruption-free design session to get started on your space.

You can always visit our stores without an appointment, but this option is perfect if you have a specific outcome in mind, or just want some dedicated time to discuss your ideas with a designer. Whether it’s finishing touches you’re shopping for, or starting a whole home from scratch, booking in advance guarantees you the availability and undivided attention of your designer. It also allows our designers to prepare some ideas in advance, and tailor your visit as much as possible, to ensure you get the absolute most out of your time in store.

STEP 1

Book your appointment. We’ll ask you to fill in a few small details, so we can get an idea of your requirements.

STEP 2

Your Design Consultant will contact you before your visit to discuss your needs in a bit more detail. They’ll confirm your appointment and agree a suitable appointment length based on your requirements.

STEP 3

On the day, your designer will be ready for you when you arrive, and your appointment will be spent in whatever way is best for your project. Whether it’s products, layouts, finishes, accessories – or a mix of everything! – we’ll help you co-create your perfect space. Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll get your order placed!

VIRTUALLY

If you can’t make it into the store for whatever reason, you can book a video call to discuss your needs online. You could even show us around your space while on the call if you wish.

In today’s ever-changing environment, there are many reasons you might not want to, or be able to, use one of our face-to-face services. This is where our virtual design service steps in. Whether you just want some advice on restyling your space, or you’re itching to get started on your next design project, a virtual design consultation is a great way to discuss your interior challenges. Appointments usually last between 15-30 minutes, and your designer will call you using whichever software is most convenient for you. Together, you can remotely share ideas, documents, screens and more, to arrive at your ideal solution. There’s no obligation to have your camera turned on, but it helps if you can show us around your space.

STEP 1

Book your virtual appointment. We’ll ask you to fill in a few small details, so we can get an idea of your requirements.

STEP 2

You will receive a confirmation email, outlining the technical requirements you’ll need to make sure your virtual appointment runs as smoothly as possible, as well as some guidelines and information on how you can best make use of your time with your designer.

STEP 3

On the day, your appointment will be tailored to however works best for your project. Whether you want to discuss products, layouts, finishes, accessories, or a mix of everything, we’ll get you as far along the way as possible to creating your perfect space.

STEP 4

From the first meeting, we will put together suggestions and recommendations that make the most out of your space and incorporate your ideas. We can also arrange any swatches of materials to be sent to your home to discuss.

STEP 5

When you are 100% happy with your design, we will place the order. We know that choosing furniture remotely can be a nerve-wracking experience, which is why we do everything we possibly can to make sure you’re confident in the choices you’re making, and will only ever recommend products we’re sure you’ll love. And on the off-chance that you don’t love the piece? All our sales are backed-up by our unique 5-point guarantee, so you’ll never be stuck with something you’re not 100% happy with.

AT HOME

If you want the full immersive experience, one of our interior designers can visit you in your home to discuss ideas and measure the place up.

If you’re not sure where to start, don’t have any floorplans, are working with difficult spaces, or want to make sure your favourite pieces will work in your space, this is a great option for you.
Our home visits usually last around 45-60 minutes, and this time can be spent in whichever way is best for your project. Your designer will take some time to understand all your requirements, measure up your space(s), show you some finishes, and identify some potential solutions. Depending on the stage of the project you’re at, this may be all you need to get your order underway, in which case, great! But usually, your designer would schedule a follow-up appointment with you, where they’ll present your solution to you using a combination of 3D room renders, moodboards and augmented reality. Together, you’ll finetune the details to agree your perfect solution, and once you’re happy, we’ll get your order placed.

Otherwise, your designer will schedule a follow-up appointment with you, where they’ll present your solution to you using a combination of 3D room renders, moodboards and augmented reality.
