1. YOUR PRICE WILL NOT VARY

We don’t believe in discounting. Why should one person pay less than another? The price quoted is the price you will pay.

We do occasionally get a special offer from BoConcept in Denmark. If the price of any order drops to less than you paid (up to 21 days after ordering) let us know and we will give you a credit for the difference in your order value.

2. YOUR DELIVERY DATE

We understand the frustration when furniture companies are vague with delivery dates. That’s why we will give you a delivery date when we confirm your order.

If we don’t stick to it, we will refund the cost of your delivery.

3. WE WILL KEEP YOU FULLY INFORMED

We guarantee to keep you updated about your order so you always know what happens next:

We will give you a delivery date when you place your order
• We will confirm that date within 3 working days
• We will call you the week before delivery with a delivery slot
• We will text you on the morning of delivery to confirm your order is on its way
• We will call you at least 30 minutes before arrival.

4. YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION

Our Design Consultants love helping you design the perfect room or specific item. If you are not fully satisfied with the design once installed, let us know within seven days and we will gladly change it for an alternative solution.

5. YOU AND YOUR FURNITURE WILL BE COVERED FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN IT

We love creating designs for our clients because we know we offer great value. We really believe in our designs so are happy to offer a free lifetime care service.

Should you have an issue, we will do our best to resolve it, ideally free of charge. If we can’t resolve it, we will give you a voucher for 20% off to spend in-store. (We can even help resolve accidental damage.)
