At the start of May we shared with you our Top Five Design Destinations in Glasgow. Now though, it’s Edinburgh’s turn!

Here you will find a select list of the best places in the capital to visit when looking to find the right furnishings, accessories and other homewares to express your style. At BoConcept Scotland we are passionate about helping you create an interior that is the best possible fit for your lifestyle, and are committed to doing what it takes to get there, knowing that sometimes the best solutions for your home may not lie within our collection. We understand that when you are designing your ideal space, it is unusual to find everything you are looking for all in one place, so to help you along here are our expert recommendations for other great design destinations in Edinburgh.

LIFESTORY

53 London Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6LX

Why we love it

Nestled on the corner of London St. and Broughton St, Lifestory may have a small footprint, but it is a treasure trove of the best Scandinavian design brands. Most of the items in the store are smaller scale, but there are also a few highly desirable larger pieces. They also do coffee – and very good coffee at that! Heaven? Maybe.

Moleta Munro

Why we love it

It’s hard to walk past the windows of Moleta Munro (just a few doors down from Lifestory) without an exquisitely designed piece of lighting catching your eye – it really is almost impossible to resist. If you make it inside, you will discover that they also have an equally impressive range of furnishings.

Pad Lifestyle

30-34 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh EH2 2AD
Why we love it
Pad Lifestyle recently closed the doors of their Howe Street store, so for the moment can be found on the fourth floor of glamorous Harvey Nichols. Home to a fabulous, and broad, range of furniture and homewares it is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for something a little bolder to express your style.
