THE BRIEF
This project is to replace a large art deco style villa on Ballam Road in Lytham with an apartment building of similar proportions, comprising of eight contemporary homes.
The design aims to deliver a quality piece of interior design using a palette of materials that is classically influenced but in a contemporary manner, to reflect the style of the building. A simple colour base was selected that can be changed seasonally with accessories, using the bold forms in the furniture silhouettes to make statements.
