THE BRIEF
"My clients are a young family who booked an interior design appointment with myself through our website to help them with the family room of their first home. The brief was to create a cosy, homely space for the young family to relax, cook and eat together. This room is the main focus of the house where most of their time is spent, so I wanted to ensure that it truly felt like he heart of their home.
With a couple of design appointments (and plenty of coffees!), we pulled together warm, textural Scandinavian mood boards and found a comforting cream and pink colour scheme. Curved edges and organic shapes tied with affectionate fabrics brought their cosy space to life.
