ARE LEAD TIMES THE SAME ACROSS THE COLLECTION?
At BoConcept we work hard to deliver high quality design and service that is balanced with affordable pricing whilst fulfilling our environmental responsibilities. No two items in the BoConcept collection are the same, and so each has to be approached in its own way. This is also true when it comes to production and shipping methods, which are tailored to ensure that each design can be delivered in the most timely, but also cost and environmentally effective manner possible.
Within the collection you will find complex, made to order designs that are time consuming to produce and ship, alongside others which can be bought off the shelf.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE LEAD TIME FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM?
Our in store stock levels and delivery times are always changing, but our our design consultants have access to up to the minute information and are always on hand to check the specific lead time of any item you are interested in.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Your design consultant will be able to provide you with an approximate delivery date when providing a quote for your order. This means you can make sure that it will work for you before spending any money.
This date will then be automatically cross referenced with our systems internationally, double checking for any updates that may impact upon it. Once this is complete, your design consultant will contact you to either confirm or amend your estimated date. This will take place within a maximum of three days of placing your order.
DO DELIVERY DATES EVER HAVE TO CHANGE?
As much as we do everything that we can to avoid it, on occasion the delivery date for your order may change.
If there are any delays or changes to your delivery date you will be notified immediately. Even if the change is due to something outwith our control, we will always work with you to find an alternative that will work for you and your schedule.
WHAT IS HAPPENING DURING THE LEAD TIME?
All upholstery pieces are made to order at our factory, then sent to our Denmark headquarters for quality checks before shipping out.
All furnishings are shipped to the Scotland from our headquarters in Denmark as orders are placed.
Delivery to the final destination is carried out by the delivery and installation team at BoConcept Scotland.
